Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius of our shop in Barrhead, including East Renfrewshire and surrounding Glasgow areas.

If you are unsure whether an address is within our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.

We do not currently offer postal delivery outside our local area.

We deliver Monday to Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Orders placed on these days will be delivered on the next working day.

We offer the following delivery options:

Same Day Delivery – £10
Available on orders placed before 2pm (subject to availability).

Next Day Delivery – £6

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

To qualify for same day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm.

Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following working day unless otherwise arranged.

During peak periods (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas), earlier cut-off times may apply.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times unless agreed in advance.

Deliveries are typically made between 9am and 4pm.

If you require delivery within a specific time window, please contact us before placing your order.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

We are not responsible for flowers once successfully delivered to the address provided.

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Wedding and event deliveries are arranged separately and agreed in advance. Delivery terms for weddings will be confirmed during consultation.
